I’ve been working in the fitness industry for over 17 years. During this time, I’ve coached a broad range of people, from absolute beginners to professional athletes, including working with an Olympic athlete. I’ve also lectured and taught cert 3 & 4 in fitness. My niche has become working with bodybuilders for contest prep and posing.
As an athlete, I’ve competed in bodybuilding for 17 years in over 40 contests. My most significant accomplishments in the sport include the following:
- Winning the overall INBA Mr Natural Olympia in Open Bodybuilding in 2014, San Diego.
- PNBA Mr natural Olympia, classic physique in 2016, Las Vegas.
- I turned PRO in the IFBB pro league in 2020 after winning the overall in Classic Physique at the Australian Arnold Classic Melbourne.
At present, I am focused heavily on coaching other people because I’m passionate about helping committed people achieve their goals. It is also one of my personal goals to make a positive contribution to the bodybuilding and fitness culture. There is an abundance of conflicting information related to fitness and bodybuilding that can be overwhelming and difficult to navigate for many. Therefore, I am eager to share my knowledge and experiences to help people achieve their desired results and get the most return on their efforts.
